Classmates of Jermire Lowery took to social media to mourn his passing.
Lowery, 14, is the second student at Vineland High School North to be killed by a car in less than two weeks. Police say that Lowery died Monday afternoon after the car he was riding in crashed into a parked car.
His classmate, Alex Strittmatter, was hit by two cars while crossing the road. Classmates and friends mourned their loss on Twitter and Instagram. Friends started a hashtag #1loveJermireLowery and wore blue today in Jermire's honor, according to various tweets.
