Philadelphia's regional rail system says some commuter trains are running up to 30 minutes behind schedule due to switching problems.
The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority says Friday's delays are affecting riders headed to downtown Philadelphia on the Trenton Line.
SEPTA says the equipment causing the delays belongs to Amtrak. The national railroad shares tracks with the commuter line.
