Philly Traffic Judge Charged

A suspended Philadelphia traffic judge is accused of showing a court clerk a lewd photo.

A suspended Philadelphia traffic judge allegedly showed cell phone photos of his genitals to a female court clerk.

Former Judge Willie Singletary faces a disciplinary hearing over the Judicial Conduct Board charges filed Thursday.

The board's complaint says Singletary showed the clerk a photo of his genitals during night court and asked ``Do you like that?''

The 30-year-old Singletary has previously been reprimanded over a 2007 YouTube video that captures him telling campaign donors they would find a ``hookup'' in his court.

A West Philadelphia preacher, he won office even though his driver's license was suspended over $11,000 in traffic-related fines. He has said he paid the fines.

It's not clear if a lawyer represents him in the disciplinary hearing. A home phone listing could not be determined.
