A man is in the hospital after investigators say he was struck by a police car in the Cobbs Creek section of the city.
Investigators say a police officer was responding to a call near 65th and Woodland when he struck a 19-year-old man who was crossing the street. The man was taken to the hospital where he is being treated for serious injuries.
