A northeastern Pennsylvania man was hit by a car -- then cited for jaywalking.
Police say 56-year-old Nicholas Radocesky of Scranton was hit Thursday afternoon as he crossed the street. He suffered a minor injury and was treated at a hospital.
The Times-Tribune of Scranton reports that police cited Radocesky for jaywalking because he wasn't using a crosswalk. He faces a fine and court costs of about $125.
A telephone listing for Radocesky couldn't be found.
