Man Arrested for Throwing Bodily Fluid on Walmart Customer

Police arrested a New Castle County man after he allegedly threw a bodily fluid on a woman at a Walmart. Investigators believe the liquid may have been seminal fluid, according to Delaware State Police Cpl. John Day.

The alleged incident happened Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. at the Walmart located at 117 Wilton Boulevard. A 20-year-old woman says she was standing in a store aisle when she felt a liquid hit her thigh and leg.

Police say the man, identified as 22-year-old Frank Short, Jr., then followed the woman as she walked through the store. The woman eventually found two employees who took her to a secure location while store staff called police.

Short was charged with offensive touching with bodily fluid, harassment, lewdness, and disorderly conduct.
