Man Arrested After Road Rage Incident in Cherry Hill

Police say the man fired one shot into the other vehicle. No one was hurt

A Medford man was arrested over the weekend after firing off a single shot at another vehicle in Cherry Hill.

Police say it began as a verbal argument between two drivers at North Kings Highway and Chapel Avenue and continued in the parking lot of a local business. Authorities say one of the men then followed the other into a neighborhood, where the situation escalated.

Charlie Williams, of Medford, then fired one shot at the other vehicle, according to police. No one was hurt. Both drivers left the scene.

The second driver, Timothy Strunk of Maple Shade, called police when he arrived back home.

Police went to Williams' home and arrested him. He's charged with two counts of aggravated assault and several weapons offenses.
