It started as an argument over rent money, but police say it escalated when a man held a gun to the head of his roommate and demanded he pay him, authorities said.
Police arrived at the scene on the 800 block of Walnut Street in Collingale, Delaware County, around 6:30 p.m. Tuesday night.
The roommate in possession of the gun was arrested. No word on his identity. Police say a second gun was found in the home, as well as a inactive hand grenade. The Bomb Squad also responded to the scene.
No one was hurt.
