A family was able to safely escape a partial building collapse in Philadelphia Friday morning.
The partial collapse happened around 5:40 a.m. in the 6400 block of Woodland Avenue in Southwest Philadelphia.
According to investigators, a family of three was able to escape the building safely.
The building houses apartments and a business on the bottom floor.
There were no reports of any injuries.
The Red Cross says they are assisting the family.
The collapse remains under investigation.
