Local Man Nabbed in Aniston Stalking

One of Hollywood's hottest catches the eye of a dangerous man

America's sweetheart Jennifer Aniston has been granted a temporary restraining order against a Pennsylvania man, according to police.

On June 25, Jason Peyton, 24, left his West Norriton home for California. Police say he was on a mission to locate the actress and marry her.

That day, his father reported him missing.

After a short detainment by Nebraska State Police, Peyton continued on his quest to track down Aniston, according to The Times Herald.

Peyton spent eight days trying to find the star. He was taken into custody on July 15 when police found him inside his vehicle -- the paint was carved with the message ‘I Love You Jennifer Aniston' -- with a sharp object and a list of baby names, according to court documents.

The documents also report that Peyton is a diagnosed schizophrenic who "hears voices."

"Jennifer communicated to me mentally that she wants me to come and marry her, and wants me to be the father of her children," Peyton reportedly told authorities. "We love each other."

This isn't the first time the mentally ill man has been in trouble for his unrequited love.

In 2008, he was arrested for following his neighbor and was found with "rubber gloves, a digital camera, a knit cap and a tape recorder,” cops told TMZ.

Peyton is now being held in a mental facility and has not been arrested. He will remain under supervision until his Aug. 9 hearing. Then, it will be decided whether or not the "Friends" actress' temporary restraining order will be made permanent.
