A car accident leaves two dead and one seriously injured in Pottstown.
Police say the car struck a pole on State and West 9th Streets causing it to spin into a yard nearby. All three victims were ejected from the vehicle, authorities say. One of the victims was pronounced dead on the scene. The second was transported to an area hospital where they later died. The third victim was also taken to a nearby hospital. That person is in critical condititon.
The accident happened around 11:30 Monday night.
Police are investigating what caused the crash.
