A man delivering potato chips to a Philadelphia convenience store got a big surprise when someone stole his delivery truck right from in from of the store.
The Herrβs truck was parked out front of the 7-Eleven at Oxford Avenue and Large Street in the cityβs Frankford section when the theft occurred just before 8 a.m., according to Philadelphia Police.
The driver was inside making a delivery and had left the keys in the ignition. The thief jumped in and drove off, according to police.
The truck wasnβt located as of 9:15 a.m.
The driver had no comment.
Stealing food truck is nothing new. Last week a man allegedly stole 42,000 pounds of cheese from Wisconsin cheese distributor. He was eventually caught trying to sell the food along the New Jersey Turnpike.
