A 2-year-old is in the hospital Saturday after a car struck the toddler in West Philadelphia.
Medics responded to reports of a vehicle hitting a child on the 200 block of North Ruby Street just before 9 p.m., according to officials.
The child was transported to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. The 2-year-old's condition is unknown.
