Delaware authorities say two men have been arrested in connection with an apartment complex shooting that killed a Philadelphia man and critically injured another man.
New Castle County police said in a news release that 20-year-old Paul Lacombe of Philadelphia has been charged with first degree murder and other charges. They say 24-year-old Elijah Pressley of Newark has been charged with two counts of first degree attempted robbery and other charges.
Officers say 20-year-old Michael Thomas died after Monday's shooting at the Harbor Club apartment complex. The second victim was listed in critical condition on Tuesday at a hospital but additional information was not immediately available.
Authorities say the suspects conspired to rob the victims and Lacombe is accused of shooting them during the robbery attempt.
