Carrie Prejean, 21, the Miss USA runner-up famed for her stance against gay marriage, says she is incensed that Web site thedirty.com has posted an old photo which shows the reigning Miss California clad only in a racy pair of pink panties. (Her breasts are covered by her arm.) The site claims it has five more photos, some of which are more explicit.
