No one will be surprised if this morning's jobs report is as bleak as it has been in years. The much-anticipated monthly report from the U.S. Labor Department, delivered the first Friday of the month, will likely show 200,000 job cuts from the nation's payrolls in October - the 10th straight month of job losses.
