Lilly Enters Guilty Plea in Zyprexa marketing

Eli Lilly & Co. pleaded guilty this morning to a misdemeanor for the off-label marketing of the anti-psychotic drug Zyprexa, acting U.S. Attorney Laurie Magid said in a statement as reported by Bloomberg News.
