GEORGETOWN, Del. - Attorneys for Dow Chemical Co. asked a Delaware judge yesterday to disqualify an opposing law firm in a dispute over whether Dow should be forced to complete a proposed $15 billion buyout of Philadelphia chemical-maker Rohm & Haas Co.
