The Independence Visitor Center Corp. announced yesterday that William Moore will step down as president and chief operating officer. Moore, whose 10-year tenure began Jan. 1, 1999, has accepted a position as chief executive officer of the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex in Florida.
