Jim McIngvale, aka "Mattress Mack," turned his two Houston-area furniture stores into temporary shelters for Harvey evacuees.
In a video posted to his Facebook page Sunday – which had more than 3 million views by Wednesday evening – McIngvale invited displaced Texans to seek shelter at one of his stores, and hundreds took him up on the offer.
McIngvale helped provide food and water to displaced residents, and he welcomed their pets into his stores, too.
In his video, McIngvale even gives out his mobile number so people can contact him directly.
