Tornado With 111 to 135 MPH Winds Touched Down in Berks County

A National Weather Service survey team confirmed Wednesday that the EF2 tornado touched down in Caernavon Township, Berks County. The storm packed 111 to 135 mph winds at the time. The exact path and width have yet to be determined.
