Top Cheffer's Resto Expands Nationally

At the South Beach Wine & Food Festival, 'Top Chef' vet Spike Mendelsohn turned up to the Burger Bash dressed up like the Hamburglar, but his new business model takes more cues from the chain's famous namesake, Ronald McDonald. Mendelsohn runs Good Stuff Eatery (and We, The Pizza) in D.C. with his family, and if it weren't for their stable influence he says he probably would have expanded his flagship burger-and-shake concept with little abandon over the last three years. Instead, Mendelsohn reveals that he just launched a franchise company to strategically roll out Good Stuffs across the country. Watch to find out when Michelle Obama's splurge may come to a neighborhood near you.
