NEW YORK - Investors are finding some appetite for risk after a jittery week. Stocks edged higher yesterday. Investors, encouraged by better-than-expected results from aluminum maker Alcoa Inc., put money into stocks they recently avoided: commodities producers, banks and industrial companies.
