Brian Rini of Medina, Ohio, was charged with lying to federal authorities after the 23-year-old repeatedly told investigators he was Timmothy Pitzen, who disappeared in Aurora, Illinois, in 2011 at age 6, the U.S. attorney's office in Cincinnati announced at Friday news conference. The charge carries a sentence of up to eight years in prison.
