Jose Garces and his ingredient-driven JG Domestic is launching a Sunday Supper feast on April 3. For $35 per person, you can gather up the tribe and spend another night away from the dinner table and let someone else do all of the work.
Kicking off on April 3, Chef de Cuisine Dave Conn has designed a family-style meal centered around Springer Mountain Organic Chicken which you can have either herb-roasted or buttermilk fried. There's a veritable mountain of sides to go along with the fowl, including garlic mashed potatoes, lentil soup, baby beets, macaroni and cheese, chilled haricot verts, a cobbler dessert, and growlers filled with Victory Brewing craft beer.
The menu will change seasonally, and we'll keep you updated as it happens. You don't need to have a family to make this deal work, either. The idea of spending time filling up on rib-sticking comfort foods after dealing with the inevitable Sunday hangover works for us, too. [The Feast]
