When a.kitchen opened last month, we were excited about the triumphant return of Bryan Sikora to the Philly food scene. As of yesterday, though, something much more important happened at his Rittenhouse Square eatery: They announced the addition of a breakfast menu that will be served every morning from 7 a.m. until 10 a.m., that features homemade English muffins.
The rest of the menu is peppered with classic fare like pancakes, fried eggs, yogurt and granola, and a fritatta. And, if you're a fan of the pastries, a homemade Gruyere-stuffed gougère is a worthy main event. [The Feast]
