On September 29, Katz is celebrating the third birthday of his Spruce Street eatery with free fried chicken for the first 50 people that walk through the door at lunch. We've lined up for beer before, but we're pretty sure this will be the first fowl-related campout in Philly's culinary history. [The Feast]
