Philadelphia has become a major food hub in the country, receiving accolades from magazines like Bon Appétit and Food & Wine. While critics and major publications are nothing to sneeze at, it all comes down to the audience businesses are targeting: The consumer.
We've consulted Yelp for a list of the 15 top-rated places to eat in the Philadelphia region. While most of the restaurants are found in Center City — from Beiler's Bakery at the Reading Terminal Market to the tiny French BYOB Bibou in Bella Vista — some are a little further like Cheese Dawgs in Bucks County and Juliana's Kitchen in Wilmington, Del.
