Here's a sneak peak of the "lacey" oil tank

Ever wonder what a 170-foot "lace" fence looks like? Well wonder no more, "Lace in Translation" exhibit is now open for your viewing pleasure at Philadelphia University's Design Center.

"Lace" includes a contemporary interpretation of lace inspired by the Center's historic Quaker collection and created by three European and Canadian art/design teams.

The highlights of the free exhibit are a lace-inspired, 170-foot fence and a 600-pound oil tank with lacey designs.

Sounds racy, I mean lacey.

"Lace in Translation" runs until April 3, 2010.
