Catch some cool island vibes for free when the Caribbean Festival returns to Great Plaza at Penn’s Landing on Sunday, August 23 from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The festival promises to be fun for the whole family. Enjoy all that Caribbean culture has to offer including festive food and merry music. Edison “Lively” McDowall, hailing from St. Vincent, will headline the main stage as he performs hit songs that made him a star on the islands.

The Caribbean Festival is part of the PECO Multicultural Series presented by the Delaware River Waterfront Corporation.

So polish your steel drums and get ready to enjoy some Jamaican jerk chicken as you take in the breezy island vibes.

The Great Plaza is located at Columbus Blvd at Chestnut Street in Philadelphia.
