Halibut With Munir Sauce and Asparagus

Halibut Dish: Halibut is a white fish filet bread crumbed on 1 side, oven roasted and served with a munir sauce, lemon butter garlic white wine sauce w capers salt and pepper.
Side dish: Vegetable, pan seared asparagus with olive oil

1. 8 oz. Halibut Filet
½ Cup of Bread Crumbs
4 Tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
2 Tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/3 cup of white wine
1/4 cup of chicken stock
1 Teaspoon of butter dipped in all-purpose flour
1 Tablespoon of pickled capers
2 cloves of fresh garlic
Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation

Halibut:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Coat one side of halibut in breadcrumbs
Coat an entire fry pan with olive oil
On medium heat place halibut breadcrumb side down
Pan sear until golden brown on one side
Place in oven, bake for 10-12 minutes

Sauce:
Put 4 tablespoons of olive oil in separate pan, get hot and add garlic
When garlic is golden, add 1 tablespoon of capers
Add white wine
Add Chicken stock  
Add lemon juice
Add flour-dipped butter
Lower heat, and reduce
Add Salt and pepper to taste

Plating:
Remove halibut from oven
Top it with Munir Sauce
Put with vegetable of your choice
Enjoy!
