Two business heavyweights are teaming up for an ad campaign to get people to shop while sitting on the toilet.
Online shopping giant Amazon and consumer goods giant Proctor & Gamble will put ads inside public bathrooms β including ones in Philadelphia β encouraging users to do a little shopping while they're in the stall.
According to a CNNMoney report, the basic premise is that people will use the Amazon app on their smartphones to scan bar codes on the ads and receive special sales in the "Sit Shop, & Saveβ campaign.
The so-called βStall Mallβ campaign includes sales on products including Charmin toilet paper, Crest 3D Whitestrips and Febreeze.
