Reid Talks "Heavyweight" Bouts

Head Coach Andy Reid knows it’s a battle anytime the Eagles face an NFC East division foe.
“Big Red” compared NFC games to a boxing match.
“When you play these NFC East teams, you prepare for a heavyweight fight,” Reid said after his Birds dismantled the Giants 40-17 Sunday.
The “Giant” victory came a week after the Birds defeated division foe Washington.
The Eagles complete a trio of division rival games next week when they take on the Cowboys on Sunday Night Football on NBC.
Both the Birds and Boys are 5-2 entering their heavyweight match. The winning team will stand alone atop the NFC East.
