On Wednesday, the developers behind one of Philadelphia’s proposed casinos unveiled their plan to bring live entertainment to the former Philadelphia Inquirer Building on North Broad Street.

Bart Blatstein, the principal behind the proposed $700 million Provence Resort and Casino, was joined by Electric Factory promotion legend Larry Magid for the announcement.

The plan is to make the casino not only a gaming hall but an entertainment hub, said Blatstein.
