Delaware State Police say a man was killed after walking into the path of a car in Felton.
Police say 53-year-old William Parker of Felton was killed Saturday night on South DuPont Highway when he was walking on the road north of Main Street. Investigators say Parker was not in the area of a designated crosswalk when he was struck.
The highway was closed for about two hours while police investigated and cleared the crash.
No charges have been filed in the incident.
