Two Cleveland police officers have been placed on administrative leave for their involvement in the shooting of a 12-year-old boy on Saturday. The officers were responding to a 911 call in which a man reported that a boy was waving a gun that was "probably fake."
Police say that when they approached the boy at the Cudell Recreation Center playground, he refused to put his hands up and reached for his waistband.
