Friends and family have held a candlelight vigil for a college student last seen leaving a bar in Philadelphia on Thanksgiving morning.
The event attracted a huge crowd to West Chester University's student union building Wednesday as the search for 21-year-old Shane Montgomery continues. He is a senior at the school outside Philadelphia.
Volunteers have been putting up posters and searching for Montgomery, who disappeared last week after a night out with friends in the Manayunk section of the city.
Karen Montgomery says her son was escorted out of a bar at about 2 a.m. Nov. 28 and hasn't been seen since. She says there are no new leads in the case.
Authorities used a dog to search the area Wednesday.
Rewards totaling $31,000 are being offered in the case.
