Two Upper Darby women were arrested on prostitution charges last week after their neighbors called police complaining about traffic outside of their homes, according to the Delaware County Daily Times.

Police tell the paper that 36-year-old Carol Watkins, a.k.a. "Kandee," of the 4200 block of Rosemont Avenue and 48-year-old Hong Li, who lived in a third-floor apartment on the 8600 block of West Chester Pike, were working as prostitutes out of their residences, using websites to solicit business.

Police say one of the woman charged as much as $200 an hour for her services and the other, Li, has a previous prostitution arrest in Texas.

Superintendent Michael Chitwood told the Delco Times that police confiscated lingerie from both "Kandee" and Lee's homes at the time of their arrests.
