An infamous flasher, dubbed the "Swiss Cheese Pervert" by a community group, pleaded guilty to indecent exposure and harassment charges for flashing several women while holding slices of cheese.

Christopher Pagano, 42, entered his guilty plea before a Philadelphia municipal court judge on Thursday. He was sentenced to eight years probation.

Investigators say a man with an odd cheese fetish is prowling local communities and asking women for sexual favors. NBC10's Keith Jones spoke with an alleged victim who shared video of the man.

Pagano must also undergo sex offender counseling for the January incidents.

He would drive up to the victims and ask if they'd like to be paid to watch him rub the cheese on his genitals, according to authorities. He would then place the cheese on his exposed crotch. One of his victims recorded video of an incident along Henry Avenue in the East Falls section of the city. Another victim, in Mayfair, snapped a photo of her interaction.

The Norristown, Pa. man was arrested in January for the Philadelphia flashings. He was also charged for a separate incident in Montgomery County.

Pagano had faced charges of Stalking, Indecent Exposure, Harassment and Open Lewdness, but pled to only two of the charges as part of a deal with the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office.

"We are happy with the outcome of the case," said Mark Hauser, Pagano's attorney.

Pagano won't be registered with the Megan's Law sex offenders database because the charges don't rise to the level mandated, Hauser said.

Asked why Pagano flashed the women, the attorney wouldn't comment, but said his client is sorry. "He’s been remorseful since the minute that I met him and he wants to get help," Hauser said.
