The men accused of killing a Philadelphia police officer last month are scheduled to be in court Wednesday.
Chancier McFarland, 19, and Rafael Jones, 23, will be in court for their preliminary arraignment.
McFarland and Jones are charged with the shooting death of 19-year veteran of the Philadelphia Police force, Officer Moses Walker, Jr., 40.
Investigators say the men shot Walker three times as he walked to catch a bus after finishing his shift with the 22nd District on Saturday, August 18.
Rafael Jones was arrested and charged with the murder of the officer less than a week after his death.
Chancier McFarland fled Philadelphia and turned himself in to the FBI in Alabama. He was flown back to Philly on Monday, August 17, the same day that the victim was laid to rest. He was charged the next day.
The men are expected to be arraigned at 9 a.m.
