Hurricane Sandy hit Cuba Thursday morning as a Category Two storm, bringing heavy rains and powerful wind gusts up to 105 mph. And those same effects, although not as severe will likely be felt in our area starting on Sunday.

The NBC10 Weather Team says the rain is expected to arrive on Sunday with the heaviest rain and strongest winds are most likely to occur Monday into Tuesday. There is also the potential of a possible Nor'easter for our area.

Here are some of the questions you've asked about Sandy, as well as the response from our NBC10 Meteorologists.
