Testimony Resumes in Rutgers Webcam Spying Trial

Housing official expected to take the stand Monday

Testimony is scheduled to resume in the trial of a former Rutgers student accused of using a webcam to spy on his roommate's intimate encounter with another man.

A Rutgers housing official is expected to testify on Monday.

In testimony last week, jurors heard from four college students who knew about or saw glimpses the streaming video.

Nineteen-year-old Dharun Ravi is charged with bias intimidation, invasion of privacy and tampering with evidence and a witness. His roommate, Tyler Clementi, committed suicide in September 2010, days after the alleged webcam spying.

One student says she saw about one second of streaming video showing two men, at least one of them without a shirt.

But all the college-student witnesses say they didn't know Ravi to have a problem with gays.
