A person is entrapped after an accident involving a state police trooper police car on I-95 in Tinicum Township, Delaware County.
The accident occurred about 11:30 a.m. on I-95 near New Bartram Avenue.
Two lanes are getting by on I-95 Southbound.
It is unknown if the civilian or a state trooper has been entrapped. Injuries have been reported, but are unknown at this time. Medics are at the scene.
