Pet Store Searches for Stolen Dog

Employees at the Pets Plus in Delran, New Jersey are desperately searching for a dog that they say was stolen from their store on Friday around 5:30 p.m.

Two young girls with blonde hair approximately 17 years of age grabbed the dog and ran out of the store, according to the manager. They then allegedly jumped into a van and sped away.

The stolen dog is a female Jug, a cross breed between a Pug and a Jack Russell Terrier. She weighs around 3 Β½ lbs.

The store employees say that the dog needs a special diet consisting of chicken, rice and a special nutrient. If the dog isn’t on this diet, she could possibly go into a hypoglycemic shock.

The culprits are urged to return the dog to the store so that she can receive proper care.

If you have any information on the whereabouts of the dog, please contact the Pets Plus store at 856-764-4414 or the Delran Police Department at 856-461-4496.
