Steven Chalakee, 25, is facing child sex abuse charges.

An Egg Harbor Township man is accused of sexually abusing a female victim under the age of 13 on various dates.

Steven Chalakee, 25, is charged with 2nd degree sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

Chalakee is currently in the Southern State Correctional Facility on unrelated charges.

In 2009, Chalakee was the target of an FBI investigation and arrested for distributing child pornography.
