Gunman Targets Man Twice in Separate Shootings: Police

Police say a man shot twice this summer was targeted by the same suspect on both occasions.

The Vineland Daily Journal reports 29-year-old Tyrone Allen is accused of shooting 28-year-old Rigo Santiago on June 22 and again last week.

Authorities say Santiago was dropping off a passenger Tuesday when he was shot in the right arm. He was shot in the chest while walking in the kitchen of his home in June.

Investigators say Allen and Santiago know each other. But it's unclear why Allen allegedly shot him both times.

Allen has been charged with criminal attempted homicide. His bail was set at $750,000.

It wasn't known Sunday if Allen has retained an attorney.
