Pill Thief Armed With Stun Gun Robs New Jersey Pharmacy: Police

Authorities say a masked robber brandishing a Taser jumped the counter of a pharmacy and stole pain pills.

Hamilton police Capt. James Stevens told NJ.com the robber stole Xanax and Percocet from the Rite Aid pharmacy on Wednesday night.

Stevens says the man threatened an employee and demanded cash while activating the Taser before jumping the counter.

He says no one was injured in the robbery.
