A Dover man was arrested after he allegedly solicited an underage girl.
State Troopers say they were notified by a relative of an 11-year-old girl back on August 17. The relative reported that the girl’s neighbor, David Krutenat, 72, asked her to perform unlawful sexual acts. Krutenat allegedly approached the girl at her house several times and gave her “hugs and kisses that were unwanted.”

At one point, Krutenat allegedly asked the girl to perform a sexual act which she refused to do. Investigators say he then left the property.
After an investigation, Krutenat was arrested last Friday after turning himself in. He was charged with sexual solicitation of a child, sexual harassment, offensive touching and unlawful sexual contact with a person under 13. He was arraigned and released on $21,000 unsecured bond. He was also ordered to not have any contact with the girl or anyone under the age of 18.
