A man was shot in the chest outside of a City Avenue bar Saturday.
Police say a 47-year-old man was shot once in the parking lot of the Bala Inn bar at 5400 City Ave. in Wynnefield around 8:40 p.m.
After he was shot, the victim stumbled into the bar and collapsed on a pool table while screaming in pain, according to investigators.
Officers say the victim told them two men were responsible.
He was taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and his condition is unknown.
A shell casing was recovered from a black Honda Accord and no arrests have been made, according to authorities.
