Police say a central Pennsylvania man is in custody after a neighbor reported he was walking around drunk carrying a sickle.
York Area Regional Police say 38-year-old Lonnie Smith also kicked a window out of a police cruiser after being taken into custody Wednesday evening.
Investigators say a woman called police after seeing Smith walking around her neighborhood in Windsor. He is charged with harassment, disorderly conduct and related charges.
Smith is being held at York County Prison on $15,000 bail.
